Kelsey Hoffman – Montclair Elementary, 1st Grade

I am a graduate from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Before DTR, I ran a fitness boxing gym, and worked for Colorado District Attorney's Council. I chose the DTR program because of the built-in support model, high expectations, and excellent instruction. I have enjoyed the high-caliber instructors and instruction that I have had so far. I'm looking forward to making a lasting difference in the lives of students. In my view, the biggest challenge facing urban teachers today is encouraging parental involvement.
